In 2003 I was diagnosed with MS. By 2014 I was using a wheelchair and having trouble getting in and out of our house. A relative told us about Vater Construction and how they specialized in building accessible homes for people with disabilities. We eventually saw a presentation by Vater Construction at a MS self-help meeting. After seeing their presentation, we contacted them.
For years we kept notes of things we wanted in our dream home. We met Eric and Anne with a binder full of notes and pictures. They took our ideas, added suggestions to make sure the house would be user friendly for me, and made our dream home a reality. My husband and I often say how much we love our home.

After much debate and review, we decided that because of Vater Construction’s core values, customer reviews, and unprecedented pursuit to deliver a quality product on time, they were our obvious choice for the building of our new custom home. Backed up by their efforts to use the industry’s best materials and products reassured our hearts.

Eric worked well with us, as well as our architect, to help us finalize our drawings and move forward. We were seamlessly guided through a process in which we selected quality materials and finishes from Local, very knowledgeable, and helpful experts. Eric’s wife Annie worked great with my wife on helping select fixtures, finishes, and even input that helped with paint selections!!

With construction beginning in the last week of October of ‘19, our dream home was delivered on time, mid-May, one week prior to the birth of our baby boy! All through the heart of a harsh Winter. Vater Construction made the building process easy, and their strive for quality, and customer satisfaction makes them Best in Class.
